Piers

The Epworth Forest Property Owners Association has no jurisdiction over piers whatsoever.

Pier placement, assignment, and administration is handled by the "Epworth Forest Administration Committee" or "EFAC".

"EFAC" is also solely responsible for all things regarding the lake shore easement.  The property owners association has nothing to do with rules, regulations or enforcement of such.
