The property owners’ association (EFPOA—that’s us!) provides opportunities that foster rich and lasting relationships between all the residents of Epworth Forest. Membership is open to all residents, owners as well as renters. Although we have no legal authority to settle disputes, it is this organization that others respect as the voice of the community. We routinely meet with organizations representing other interests in Epworth Forest to ensure lines of communication and cooperation are always open. We represent our members' wishes to government officials as a single, unified voice.
